【内容】この議事録は、　トラフィックイーストアジア主催、IUCN/SSC クマスペシャリストグループとWWFジャパンの後援により、2006年10月4日に軽井沢で開催された「第4回クマの部分の取引についての国際シンポジウム」での発表・議論の内容をまとめたものです。

【内容】トラフィックジャパンでは、1997～2000年の熊の胆（クマノイ）市場調査をはじめ、これまでクマノイの取引やクマを取り巻く現状についてさまざまな調査等をおこなってきた。それらの結果をまとめたレポートが発行された。トラフィックは、クマノイの国内流通管理が必要であることなどを提案しています。
