■from Narita Airport to Karuizawa

・Narita Airport - JR Tokyo station （train or Airport Limousine bus）

・JR Tokyo station. - Karuizawa station
　 (JR Nagano Shinkansen ( Bullet train ) / about 1hr. and 10 min.)

・Nagano station - Karuizawa station (Local train / about 30 min.)

■To the venue

・ From JR Karuizawa station

by taxi (about 5 minutes)

・ From the Hotel Bleston Court (IBA conference)　

by taxi (about 25 min.)
by complementary courtesy bus at 7：50 ( 20-30 min.)

Complimentary courtesy bus in the morning, October 4th

In the morning of October 4, a courtesy bus from Mampei hotel which take you to the venue will stop by two locations( at the front of Hotel Bleston Court; at Karuizawa station forecourt).
Please note that you may not take it when all seats are full to capacity (max. 27 persons). Otherwise please take a taxi.
